Care Instructions

Rug Care Guide:

Once you receive your rug and unpack it, it will need to air out in order to flatten. Don't worry about wrinkles or creases that have been caused by the wrapping. Your rug will flatten and the wrinkles will disappear within few days.

We recommend regular vacuuming to preserve the condition of your rug and limit the shedding, which is totally normal for wool woven rugs. Your rug should be cleaned with a vacuum that uses suction only! Do not use a vacuum that has a beater bar or a rotating bar on it: this will cause fraying, fuzzing and more shredding.

If you spill something on your rug, we recommend bolting up the excess moisture with a clean towel or tissue. Avoid rubbing your rug. If necessary, you may need to have your rug cleaned by a professional.

Leather Poufs Care:

We recommend that you use a specialized leather cleaning product. Try the product on the underside of your pouf first. If you are satisfied with the result, you can clean the more visible parts of your pouf next.

Pom Pom Blankets:

Dry clean or gently wash by hand in cold water. Lay flat to dry to avoid deformation of the Pom pom Blanket.

Pillow Cushions:

We recommend to dry clean your Sabra cushions as the natural dye may fade with regular washing methods over time.
