We do! We offer free shipping on all orders over $95 to the USA. Orders ship through DHL Express 2-5 business days.

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed.

DHL Express (2-5 business days) - USA, Canada & Europe

DHL Express (3-8 business days) - Rest of the world

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SOCCO products as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information.

store credit will be issued to you once we receive your returned product(s). Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase(s).

We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped. 

The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s). 

No, sale items are not eligible for returns, they are considered final sale.
