Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your item within 10 days of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange.

  • To receive a full refund, all merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for a refund.
  • International orders (outside of the US & Canada) are final.

Note: All our products are 100% handmade by artisans in Morocco. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, which we believe are characteristics of the processes and make each product unique.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you ask for a proof of postage when returning any item (free at your post office).
